1.   Install or update your Citrix Receiver.

2.   SSL/TLS Error:  You have not chosen to trust "Verisign Class 3 Server CA" the issuer of the server's security certificate

Changes have been made to Internet Explorer to make it easier for users to see that they are on a secure site, and (just as importantly) that the secure site is the one that they were expecting to visit. For the www.webmti.com site to work correctly you may have to add the two Citrix Web sites to your trusted sites.

First time connecting?  Add the three Citrix Web sites to your list of trusted sites:

bullet On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
bullet In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
bullet Click the Trusted sites icon, and then click the Sites button.
bullet In the Trusted sites dialog box, enter the following sites URL:

http://www.webmti.com

https://cfagw02.webmti.com

https://aldagw02.webmti.com

bullet in the Add this Web site to the zone box and then click Add.

When you log onto either Citrix Site One or Two you may see the following warning.  Please choose YES

 

3. Verify Anti-Virus Definitions are up to date and run a full system scan

 

4.  Delete Temporary Internet files

bullet In Internet Explorer click Tools and select "Internet Options"
bullet Under Temporary Internet files click on "Delete Files"
bullet Put a check mark beside "Delete all offline content"
bullet Click "Ok"
bullet Retry connecting to the portal
